Lori Maness, DVM
Veterinarian
Originally from northern New Mexico, I have my undergraduate degree in Philosophy from St John's College and my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Tufts University in Massachusetts. I have been a companion animal veterinarian for over 25 years. I started in Casper, Wyoming, first as an associate and then 10 years as a practice owner of a busy 3 vet practice. I sold my practice in 2010 and began doing Locum Tenens work in 2011.
I enjoy preventative medicine: nutrition, geriatrics and rehabilitation as well as clinical pathology and cytology. I believe in quality medicine and client service, communication and education.
I am curious and inquisitive by nature and remain deeply interested in biology, spending as much time outside as possible. I love the ocean and am a long-time scuba diver; I swim every chance I get. I also enjoy trekking , travel, art, literature, and music and I write, mostly for an audience of one. I look forward to making your acquaintance.
